Incoming Check
All incoming products are verified against purchase specifications, including model, quantity, packaging condition and visible damage before entering the inspection process.

First Inspection
Our QC team performs the first round of inspection to identify incorrect specifications, cosmetic defects and obvious functional issues at an early stage.

Warehouse Stock
Products that pass the initial inspection are labeled, categorized and stored in designated warehouse areas to prevent damage, contamination and model mix-ups.

Appearance Inspection
Before assembly or further processing, products are inspected again for scratches, dust, bubbles, deformation, damaged connectors and other visible defects.

Components Assembly
Frames, brackets, flex cables, connectors and other required components are assembled with attention to alignment, fitment and installation stability.

Function Inspection
After assembly, key functions are tested again according to the product category, including display, touch response, charging, communication and operational stability where applicable.

Packing Check
Qualified products are checked for model, quantity, labels, accessories and protective packaging before being sealed for shipment.

Shipping
The completed order undergoes a final shipment review and is securely handed over to the selected logistics provider with the relevant shipping information recorded.
